Sweet Potatoes Brownie Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, cream margarine and sugar; add sweet potatoes, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, oats, spice, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pecans.
- Spread batter into greased and flour 15.5" by 10.5" jelly-roll pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle butterscotch morsels on brownies; let stand 5 minutes.
- To frost, gently spread morsels.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Yield: 3 dozen bars
