Sweet Potato Date and Nut Loaf
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Stir in dates and pecans.
- Stir ½ into cheese mixture.
- Mix in sweet potato then remaining flour.
- Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
